A1... No assaulting, hitting, or killing other players outside of no man's land, nether or end

A2.... No stealing

A3... If it's not yours don't break it, take it, move it or change it.

A4.... 2 animals, 1 horse 1 per person while offline 

A5.... No Redstone without permit

A6.... NO ITEM FRAMES

A7... Do not build a nether portal. 1 is provided on main map for free

A8.... If it says stay out. STAY OUT

A9... A private build must have a sign at the front door that states your psn, and says "do not enter". Also include the psn of anyone welcome inside your personal build

A10.... Shops can only be built on main map.

A11... No tampering with temples, villages, or any other game generated structure (end portal included)

A12.... Mark off all mines and spawners

A13.... Only sleep in your bed. Or one purchased from a hotel

A14.... Read all signs, most are instructions or do not enter signs

A15.... When cutting down a tree, be sure to cut down the entire tree

A16....  Any mines must be within purchased property lines. Any game generated caves must be walled off (you may add a door to the wall but no mining into the generated cave, only exploring what's already there)

A17... No x-ray machine allowed

A18.... Players inactive for 10+ minutes without a legit reason mentioned beforehand will be momentarily kicked (meaning you will not be able to join until I re-load the world, you will also have to wait until im back on to get your privs back

A19.... Wait your turn on the Mic. If its that important start a party then come back to game chat

A20... No music or singing in Mic unless everyone wants to hear it, again go to a party if your must sing or play music 

A21..... No invisibility potions for any reason

A22.... No swearing, racist talk, etc

A23.... Must have a permit to posses or use TNT

A24.... All private builds must have an address logged (must have some sort of above ground shack/home linked to logged address)

A25... NO building without a building permit or Building Coupon

A26.... NO telling admins what to do. we do things for a reason and do not need YOU telling us how to or what to do for our job. If you feel that an admin is breaking rules or harrassing you or someone else. take pictures or recordings and fill out a report form.

A27....Armour stands must be used for stores only because of the spawn limit on them.

A28.... No villagers while offline - you also cannot trap them.
